Purposes and legal grounds

We use application details and CVs to handle applications and recruitment, take steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and fulfil applicable legal obligations (c). Additional voluntarily supplied data and future recruitment are based on consent (a). Account data enables the account service (b). System security and establishing or defending legal claims rely on legitimate interests (f).

Information and choice

Your full name and phone are required for an application. Application email, city, message and CV are optional. An account requires an email and password. Do not send PESEL, identity documents, medical or other sensitive information. Providing data is voluntary, but we need contact details to handle an application. Future recruitment consent is optional and does not affect current recruitment.

Recipients

Authorised staff, coordinators and hosting or maintenance providers under appropriate agreements can access data. Information may be shared with an employer for a specific recruitment about which you are informed, or with authorities where legally required. Transfers outside the EEA require an appropriate legal basis, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for recipient and safeguard details.

Retention

Applications are kept until recruitment ends, for no more than six months from submission, unless legislation or legal claims require another period. With optional future recruitment consent, the maximum period is twelve months or earlier withdrawal. Account data is kept while the account is used; request deletion by email.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where provided by the GDPR. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes UODO. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal effects or profile candidates.
